By purchasing from DesertPepsAZ, you represent that you understand the intended research-only nature of the products and accept responsibility for their lawful handling, storage, use, and disposal.
Purchaser Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, handling, and use of any product is permitted under applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, or other rules that may apply to the purchaser.
DesertPepsAZ does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, treatment recommendations, or instructions for human or veterinary use.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order through DesertPepsAZ.
By submitting an order, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Order Acceptance and Right to Refuse
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment.
DesertPepsAZ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or decline any order when reasonably necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inaccurate information, product availability, suspected misuse, or other circumstances that may prevent lawful or appropriate fulfillment.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, DesertPepsAZ will address the payment according to its applicable refund and order-resolution policies.
Payment After Order Confirmation
After an order is submitted, the customer will receive an order confirmation containing the order information and amount due.
Customers may then complete payment using one of the payment methods made available by DesertPepsAZ.
A payment screenshot or other requested proof of payment must be submitted after order confirmation and before the order can be processed.
Submitting an order alone does not constitute confirmation that payment has been received or verified.
Orders may remain On hold until payment has been manually verified by DesertPepsAZ.
Customers should not include product names, descriptions, or other unnecessary information in payment comments or payment notes.
Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice.
DesertPepsAZ may cancel or modify an order if a product becomes unavailable, inventory information is incorrect, or fulfillment cannot reasonably be completed.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped only to locations currently served by DesertPepsAZ.
Shipping times and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of DesertPepsAZ may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Refunds and Returns
Refunds, returns, replacements, damaged shipments, missing shipments, and other order-resolution matters are governed by the DesertPepsAZ Refund/Returns Policy.
Customers should review that policy before placing an order.
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing products from DesertPepsAZ, you acknowledge that research materials may require specialized knowledge, equipment, handling procedures, storage conditions, and safety precautions.
You accept responsibility for evaluating and managing risks associated with possession and lawful research use of the products purchased.
