Shipping Area
DesertPepsAZ ships only to valid addresses within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $10 per order.
Free standard shipping is available when the qualifying order total is $75 or more after discounts.
Order Processing
Orders received and paid before 11:00 a.m. Arizona time are generally prepared for shipment the same business day. Orders received or paid after 11:00 a.m., or on weekends or holidays, are generally prepared the following business day.
Same-day processing is a service target and does not guarantee same-day carrier pickup or delivery.
Payment Verification
Orders remain on hold until payment is received and verified. Processing time begins only after payment verification is complete.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed after the order is prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Times
Carrier transit and delivery estimates are not guaranteed by DesertPepsAZ. Weather, carrier operations, incorrect addresses, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. DesertPepsAZ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied with the order.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, DesertPepsAZ is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while in the carrier’s possession. Carrier-related issues should be reported directly to the applicable carrier.
